For almost a year I had suffered from having painful ovarian cysts that would not resolve on their own. After numerous ultrasounds my Dr. decided I should have surgery. A few weeks before my surgery date, a friend told me about Suzanne. I knew I had to see her. At my pre-op appt. I asked my Dr. if we could postpone the surgery for a few months while I tried an alternative form of treatment. Fortunately, she was open to the idea and agreed.
I started seeing Suzanne for reiki and ginger compress treatments. The sessions were very relaxing and cathartic. Suzanne helped me on so many levels~~physically, emotionally and spiritually. She also counseled me in diet changes and herbal therapy. I could feel myself becoming more self aware with each session.
When I saw my Dr. for my last ultrasound, she was astonished. Not a cyst to be found. Even the small ones that were not problematic were gone. I have been pain free for months now.
I am so thankful for everything Suzanne has done for me. She is one of the most caring, nurturing and intuitive people I have ever met. I would recommend her to anyone.

WOW!!! If you want to de-stress, feel pampered and heal whatever ails you, you have got to head to Seeking Indigo. I am a spa person. Have been to many spas in many states and Seeking Indigo is one of my favorites. The Spa itself has a very relaxing atmosphere, dimly lit with lots of candles. One of the outstanding touches were the rose petals in my water for cooling myself in the infra infra-red sauna. The Migun massage stretched my body so I am totally flexible. I'll be back.

The spa sampler is a wonderful opportunity to try lots of different services for an unbelievable price. I felt amazing when I left and highly recommend their services!! I especially loved the mignun massage and amethyst mat. The people there are very nice and go out of their way to make sure you have a great expereince.

The ambience was beautiful...I would have preferred a deeper massage, but other than that, it was a wonderful morning..the massage table with the rollers was fantastic!! I want one for my house...

I had the absolute best message at Seeking Indigo. The mignun message was spectacular too! The staff is super friendly and accommodating! Also, if you're looking for cowboy boots and unique jewelry, this is definitely the place to go.

It was wonderful. Everyone was so nice, warm and friendly. The treatments was also great and so relaxing. I went out that evening and everyone was talking about how relaxed I looked. I highly recommend Seeking Indigo and will return.

My first impression was on the phone & I could hear the smiles from both Lana and Alex :) Upon my arrival and ever since (I've been attending for a few weeks now) I continue to get a friendly and warm welcome. The warmth and relaxation remains even after I leave, it's a great start to my day! Lana is an amazing instructor and I'm already beginning to notice changes in my body (flexibility, strength, fluidity, balance, etc.) all thanks to her patience and help. I highly recommend Seeking Indigo.

Seeking Indigo came highly recommended from two of my "not easily impressed" friends- so I thought I would check it out for myself. I scheduled a massage: arrived early and was given paperwork to prepare while enjoying a refreshing cool water: all front staff were engaging and welcoming and show they enjoy their job: was escorted to the most serene waiting room (sanctuary) where any tension I may have had evaporated. Mark, the masseur met me in this room, discussed particulars of what I expected.

I had a reading with Franklyn on Saturday and it was enlightening and gave validation in the path that I am taking. She was accurate in my past and current state. I would highly recommend anyone that is thinking about getting a reading to go ahead and book one for I was encouraged by her words of wisdom. She uses tarot along with the archangel cards.

I did the Detox to the Max and loved every minute. I am planning on another visit in a few weeks. It was so relaxing from the space to the services. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too.

I've been taking Yoga with Lana for the past few weeks and have found it to be some of the best Yoga in 25 years. The place is so beautiful. The migun massage, foot detox, and sauna left me feeling totally refreshed and clear-headed. The staff is helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Seeking Indigo to all!

I felt like a queen when I went to have an infra red sauna at Seeking Indigo. everyone was so attentive in a very sensitive, yet non imposing way. i was able to enjoy my time in the sauna while at the same time felt so taken care of. Everything at Seeking Indigo is done with very High Consciousness and class, from the way one is received and treated as well as the quiet luxury of the decor, deeply soothing ambiance, and environment. It is the way it's supposed to be.

I will be totally honest...I wasn't sure I really believed there was any truth to a Tarot Card reading, but, after my wonderful experience with Franklyn, I am a believer now! It was so affirming of my present situation and inspiring as well. I feel like someone got into my head and brought clarity to my inner feelings and concerns. I highly recommend this experience. It rejuvenates your soul!

My sister-in-law gave me a gift certificate for a 90 minute Japanese facial for my 50th birthday! I have to say it was the best "facial" I've had as it really is a deep tissue massage which includes not only your face but your neck, head, arms, hands and feet. It was fantastic and very relaxing!!! Thank you for such a fabulous experience. I recommend it highly!

My husband and I did the Detox to the Max treatment to celebrate our anniversary. We had incredible experience! The staff had put "Happy Anniversary" tags on our water bottles and even had taken the time to put it on our paper work! Erin was excellent as she guided us through each phase of the process and she didn't make us feel rushed so we felt able to completely relax and enjoy each wonderful part.

Overall the staff and space is tranquil and inviting. Suzanne (Reiki specialist) was amazing!! It's a must for everyone if you are thinking of trying it and are open to the experience.

I attended a Thursday night sampler and was so impressed by the array of services offered, knowledge of the staff, and the beautiful space where it all took place. I couldn't wait to share my experience with family members and friends and they all plan to visit Seeking Indigo.

I stumbled across Seeking Indigo during a sampler one Saturday and was so impressed I immediately scheduled a full massage to finish out a full day of Christmas shopping. Love the decor and tranquil atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and welcoming without being pushy. Erica is a sweetheart!

As a therapeutic recreation specialist, all that Seeking Indigo has to offer is a wonderful Holistic experience. I enjoyed the path prepared for me and each and every one of my therapists! What a wonderful evening (Thanks to all)!!! I am only limited by finances to experiencing more. While the prices are competitive for sure...I encourage the idea of members returning for rewards toward future experiences for wellness. I have already encouraged many others to partake!!!

After quite a while being curious about Seeking Indigo, I attended a sampler event this week. The space is beautiful and calming, the people are friendly and open, and the services provided were outstanding. I felt so great after interacting with such wonderful caring conscious people. I will definitely return.

Seeking Indigo is an interesting and fun place to investigate. The Wellnes Sampler gives you a smattering of services available. The night was akin to speed dating - 15 minutes at a station before moving on to the next. I would definitely go again.

I spent thirty minutes on the migun bed, and it was a very relaxing experience. The noise-canceling headphones work amazing well. I look forward to making this a weekly routine!

best atmosphere of any yoga studio i have been to; very relaxed and peaceful. the instructors are very helpful and are willing to spend time after class to work on anything you may be having trouble with. the variety amongst instructors and classes is great too; each class/day of the week is different.

The sampler was fun to do with friends and share our experiences about the different offerings. Seeking Indigo staff and consultants did a great job hosting and helping us enjoy everything. Will definitely go back to do some of the samplings in longer versions..

The sampler was fantastic. I loved all the treatments and the practitioners were so friendly and outgoing. I had a really good time and would highly recommend the sampler to anyone seeking fun and wellness. In fact, I was so impressed that I will be back this week!

What a fabulous experience! Never has $30 been so well spent then at the Thursday Sampler. It was a great introduction to services and the practitioners at Seeking Indigo. I tried new things, brushed up on some old favorites and was reminded of the importance in focusing on my well being. Look forward to my next visit- in fact, I'd like to just live there!

the treatment on the migun bed was Great! with the combination of the sounds of rainfall and the bells along with the choreographed massaging jade balls made for a relaxing experience! I'll surely be back for round two.
